I have known about Prokaski Home Inspections for a few years. Have kept his contact in my back pocket for when I got a house. Finally used Jeff's services and found lots of things that I wouldn't have checked if I was looking at the house. Jeff really will make sure your house has all the right things needed/ notated to be fixed before moving in.

Jeff has inspected two of my properties and has provided great work for both of them. He's very knowledgeable and has a great way of explaining certain problem areas in my home. He listens to what your concerns are and will address those concerns in his reports. Quick responses and we will definitely be using him in the future!

We hired Jeff to inspect our newly built home before we closed. He found issues that we wouldn't have seen or noticed for months. He was professional, personal and accommodating. The report was delivered quickly and had all thing listed with pictures of trouble spots that needed attention. I highly reccomend Jeff to anyone looking for an honest and in depth inspection/report.
