Cute place inside with a good amount of seating. They have a few things for sale like shirts, a bag, and crochet coffee holder with and handle, cute for the winter. Customer service was good, so was the coffee and the ube ensaimada. My cold brew was black, I didn't realize it didn't come with any type of cream, milk, half and half. I’ve been going to project seed since they opened and still the best service and coffee in town. Also, I really enjoy their pastries. Their flavor and how all of their pastries really remind of home (the Philippines). I really appreciate how they embrace the culture through their coffee and food they serve! If you want a taste of Philippines, definitely go to project seed!

One of my favorite places to get coffee! The vibes are cozy, plenty of space to sit and get work done or just enjoy your coffee. They have delicious pastries and the staff are kind. Also, the owner seems to be there often and she is so sweet. I don’t get to visit here frequently but when I do, I’m never disappointed.
