First time trying their Ube latte hot & chilled coffee. Both were delicious not to mention the Ube roll and pan de sole made our morning. We will be back to enjoy more.
My daughter had her pop up at Project Seed Coffee today. As soon as we entered the shop, we were acknowledged by the young gentleman at the front. Everyone was friendly and despite the busy times, they all remain nice and polite. The food were all amazing! My daughter and I tried the ube Spanish bread, pepperoni bread, and ube oreo cookies! Listening skills from staff is inexisting here. Save your time and drive. Find somewhere else.
Horrible experience today 7/25. The ordering system here is inefficient to say the least. We were given order 68 and 69 but have to endure wasting our time as they called order 70 and up. Next, the teller handling order needs some serious listening skills training. We missed 2 items of pastries simply because she decided to only charge us 2 instead of 4. Poor customer service skills. Not paying attention is an understatement. Find somewhere where customer service is indeed existing coz this place sucks.
I pass this place every day on my way to work, finally decided to stop in, and am so glad I did! The staff was very friendly and had great recommendations. The menu is very reasonably priced and I will definitely be back.
