The team at Project Management Services has taken excellent care of us the entire time we’ve owned our home. From major basement renovations to smaller routine projects, they have been reliable and done great work. Any time we have an emergency they are quick to respond and super reliable. We are very grateful for our relationship with this group and will continue to use them for future projects.
I would not recommend this company to anybody. Not only does the Project manager, James Thomas, rarely show up to the job site....but when he does he is completely disconnected from the work being performed. Almost every aspect and every detail of this project went poorly, without exaggeration. And I truly believe that if we had an qualified/competent project manager, that this project would have actually went well. I have used this restoration company for my rentals and 2 of my personal homes. I was in a bad jam last year when my basement flooded and the project was done just as my family was arriving for thanksgiving ! I was stressed, but James Thomas made sure everything was on point and on time for hosting my family over the holidays.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. Windows were not flashed correctly at install, and not fixed the second time. It took the third time and several explanations from the client what proper flashing looks like. Seems odd that the client has to educate the PM and window installer why the flashing isn't correct and doesn't meet code requirements. Siding improperly installed and parapet damaged during install. Absolutely an outstanding company to work with!! Brady is highly communicative and exceptionally skilled in connecting a wide variety of subcontractors for every and all kinds of projects. All of his subcontractors are extremely professional, highly skilled, and fairly priced. Brady helped to coordinate the renovation of my home after a huge tree crashed on it a year ago.
