I would recommend this organization for ACLS and BLS courses. I took my renewal courses with this company, and I had a great experience. Eric K. was my instructor. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He was also very good at explaining the information and sharing helpful mnemonics. It was also very convenient to renew both courses on the same day. The classrooms were neat and clean with great views of The Bay Area. I’m very thankful that a friend recommended Project Heartbeat to me.

I've taken ACLS and ECG classes in Oakland at Project Heartbeat. Lou and Jeff were both insightful, knowledgeable and fun. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody for classes... And, FYI, I make the drive from Santa Rosa... they are that good.

I would never take the TNCC 1 Day Renewal with this company again. First of all the pre class study material was very limited, not their fault it's what ENA offers. However when I signed up for the seven hour class I expected some in person review, this was not offered, even though ENA advertises that it is. I had to call to get them to email my pre-course instructions to me. Then the instructor showed up a half hour late for the class. He walks in no introduction, just says to us OK ready for the test. The class was FUN-tastic! I attended the 1-Day TNCC renewal class and Sir Allan was amazing. Initially, I was anxious and afraid that I might fail because I did not read the entire book, but Sir Allan guided and taught us the right approach, and helped me remember some needed information thru his sense of humor and positive personality. Thanks sir, I will surely recommend your classes and be back for some interesting courses!

I took PALS class with instructors Christine Vonasek, I really like way of her teaching and presentation,the place was really good ,quite and having all needed equipments .i would recommend to healthcare workers for this place .i would love to come back again especially with Christine. Thanks

Took my initial ACLS class. Christine was our instructor. Not only did she teach ACLS but she also taught zumba! Total package! Kidding aside, I am so glad I took this course. This place is awesome, people were awesome, coffee is awesome, EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!!! I'd definitely recommend! I really enjoyed my experience aside from learning so much.
