The entire experience has been amazing, I will start by saying they even made some short notice availability since I had travel plans, the patience,care, guidance during my first visit was amazing, we know how hard is for us to loose our hair and also hitting our self confidence, they make you feel so great during the entire process, and the result its amazing, looks so good! The product its of the greatest quality and very easy to maintain, go ahead you will not regret at all!!
Even before I came in for a consultation appointment, Project Hair Co was very responsive and professional, even recommending another barber if I chose not to be put on the wait list. I chose to be on the wait list and am very happy that I did. Everything from communication to scheduling reminders was simple and client-friendly.
