If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I would not recommend anyone rent or try to get into any of their housing. They don’t fix anything I went the entire winter without heat. They Wouldn’t come and fix anything with my apartment I had to have a city person come out for them to fix my heat and not to mention an Apartment that has been full of mold already in the walls. Having an issue with aggressive dog in one of their properties. No response from PPL. No response to Animal Control either. Dog rushed into our building charging one of our resident’s dog. Will not put dog on leash after many requests from our residents.
