The salon is beautiful and I’ve had consistently excellent pedicures by Maria. Editing my review to add that Irina has been doing my brows/lashes for the last few months and I am so impressed. Very happy to have found this salon, it's worth every penny.

Extremely disappointing experience, and unfortunately the customer service was even worse than the nails. When I first arrived, the atmosphere wasn’t particularly welcoming, but I didn’t think much of it. What really bothered me was the attitude throughout the appointment. The staff were dismissive, impatient, and seemed annoyed anytime I asked a question or mentioned something I wanted adjusted.
