I had a great experience with my nail appointment. The technicians are all very thorough and detail oriented.
This used to be my favourite nail salon. Many of the original techs (Dasha, Kate, etc) are phenomenal - doing quick and perfect manicures that lasted beautifully for ~4 weeks. Two main issues with the brand: 1/ Every time I book an appointment online, the staff accept it and then a few days before will reach out asking to adjust the time. I rarely am able to get the actual appointment I booked (and was accepted at first). They constantly call or text to adjust the schedule to suit themselves. Reason for 1-star review: Project Essence advertises that they care about their clients, but this is false. I've attached screenshots to confirm everything written below. Please note, Project Essence at every corner tried to avoid taking accountability and replying via email, but I write these reviews because it is important to advocate, so this does not happen to others.
