Received multiple positive test results here when it was highly unlikely. After the third positive here I went to my primary doctor next day and got the exact same tests ran, and was completely negative. Very suspicious considering I’m pretty sure they get funded based off of new and reoccurring patients. Wouldn’t trust test results from Ark in the future
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for all your hiv/sti testing needs
This was great when I was in highschool and didn't have to put my own roof over my head. Now it's virtually inaccessible with it's removal of drop in services and 9-5 office hours with same day appointment setting that is not respectful of people's time. Location is not optimal for at risk or high risk marginalized groups. Gone are the days you could convince your friends or partners to go with you to get tested together on a whim. Now it's just a lot of reluctance unless you can fork over some dough to a for profit testing ... read more
