This practice went downhill. There are too many things wrong but to name a few. There is zero coverage when your PCP is on vacations. The medical assistants are certificate trained and non-professionals hiding that they are part of the nursing staff, including the very rude practice manager. And forget about asking for prescriptions or orders! It’s like you’re negotiating for a used car sale!! Been a patient for some time. Major issues are I have diabetes and high blood pressure. Blood pressure was very high, made appointment, put on new medication, no follow-up. 2 months later, blood pressure was very low WITHOUT my medication, made appointment. Doctor didn’t seem concerned, just checked vitals. I asked him if I should continue not taking medication, he said take 1 out of the 4. I asked if I should keep a log of my readings, he says, “sure, you can do that. Come back in 3 months”. That was it!!! I feel there is ... read more
