I had a good relationship with Adam. When he left the practice, the transition lacked proper patient communication. Since they transitioned to incompetent call center I quit as a patient. When a patient is in distress and address, insurance numbers are all on file DO NOT WASTE TIME. All you need is patient name and DOB. I condemn this ProHealth I NEED a knowledgeable MD not a nurse .
