Horrible experience. Worst physical I have had. Extremely rushed. Dr. McQueen showed no interest in me. Subsequently received a bill for blood work because the office incorrectly coded the bill to the insurance company. I filed a complaint through ProHealth to correct the issue and was denied. I contacted my insurance company and they were told that while ProHealth agreed they should re-code it. They were told the office refused to correct how they coded the bill, forcing me to pay. Booking appointments at this office is a joke. That is if the staff even picks up the phone. I had an awful experience with a woman named Sasha who was condescending, unprofessional and sighed throughout the entire booking process for my father. The doctor spends all of 2 minutes with you before rushing out of the room to the next patient. Any problem I’m father had was told to make an appointment with a specialist within the network.
