I had to personally call Anthem to get an MRI scheduled 3 days after my doctor stated that he ordered it. My doctor didn’t believe me that I was hurt. Dr Tuttle lied right to my face along with the front desk staff. I called anthem, they called the practice, MRI ordered. I had three torn tendons needing surgery ASAP. I cancelled all my future appointments with this practice and warn others about it, because once a doctor lies right to your face, it’s time to find another doctor.
my daughter was turned away yesterday with her 6 month old son who has a rash on his belly and needed his 6-month immunizations because she was 10 minutes late. The receptionist Allie is cold rude and callus my daughter and myself begged her to please ask the doctor to see my grandson she did not she continue to say it's policy if your 10 minutes late you need to come back another day. My daughter had an appointment 2 weeks ago to see the doctor they called and canceled because the doctor wanted to go home early on a Friday.... read more

Although the docs are generally very good the practice is managed very poorly. Multiple times my kids' appointments for vaccines were scheduled incorrectly (at wrong intervals) or I called in for a question, was made to come in and then told there was no point to coming in. Since I am a working mother these mistakes were very inconveniencing, not too mention time consuming. And no matter how simple the visit, I am never out of there in less than one hour.
His misdiagnosis caused me to have the wrong treatment options. Due to his being incompetent with my health, my health deteriorated.
This Doctor and his staff are amazing. My wife has many chronic, life altering medical conditions. We truly are Blessed to have them as our medical team. They are so knowldgeable, caring, and extremely compassionate.

I have gone to Family Medical Group since Dr. Rosen first opened. I have always been treated courteously by the staff. Dr.Goldberg is the best!
