Very disappointed - scheduling for evaluation appointment with Matt. Inform need afternoon appt - leave message appt is late morning. I was informed their computer schedules for Matt. Has been 2 days after leaving message about appt a new appt confirmation no response. Very unorganized - have many new employees still learning at expense of patient - was not impressed with occupational therapist who was also new. Physical therapy - ok.
