Terrible experience that forced me to go back to Aurora. They over-billed my insurance and ultimately I had to pay out of pocket just for going in for a flue test. They recommended getting a strep test as well even though I didn't have symptoms and I had to pay over $200. My insurance rep said that this should have been explained to me. Really dishonest people.
Dr treated 11 month patients very well. just a suggestions to nurse that she needs to be trained on how to handle crying baby. She weights the baby twice and she couldn't not tape heart beat reading machine well on baby's feet to take his heart beats reading. This repeated activity could not stop baby from crying.One lady dr came and did it well.
Caution: You May Be Charged for Simply Mentioning Health Concerns This was my second visit to this clinic. My first experience was smooth and without any issues. However, during this recent visit for my annual physical, I was surprised to receive an additional charge of nearly $100. The reason? Everything was great. The toughest part is finding urgent care on line. Somewhere I did find but have no idea how I got there. It’s GOT to be IMPROVED. Need to be able to find Urgent Care in seconds not 30 minutes or so Maybe on the “visits” page
