Cienna Hopkins was kind and caring. Even though I was scared she made me feel safe. She’s a great provider and I’m so grateful that she took care of me. All in all, the whole team was amazing.
I was very disappointed with the way they handled my online appointment. I made an appointment for 10:40 a.m. the night before, I got there a half hour early the day of my appt and waited out in the parking lot for 2 minutes and I got a text stating that my appointment's been changed to noon sorry for the inconvenience . Needless to say I just went home and canceled my appointment. Because I wasn't going to wait another hour and a half in the parking lot.
