Overall excellent experience. Liz and Kim were fantastic nurses. Dr. Schmidt and Dr. Kane definitely knew what they were doing and had great bedside manners. The receptionist was kind, friendly and very heIpful. I would highly recommend this facility all the way around.

My 6 year old son had his tonsils and adenoids out and tubes put into his ears. Everyone here (including the receptionist) was very helpful and kept the mood positive and cheery which made my son (and us, parents) less nervous. The surgeon (Dr. Ubell) and anesthesiologist came in to talk to my son and us to let us know what to expect and see if we had any questions. Highly recommend. From the receptionist to the medical team, they were all very welcoming, friendly, and funny. It made the entire process so much easier to handle. They answered all of our questions. They were very thorough before and after surgery. They follow-up the next day. The rooms are clean! I can't say enough good things. Most importantly they did a great job taking our daughter's tonsils and adenoids out.
I was nervous until I entered the door. These are the kindest people I have dealt with in a long time. Made me feel like I really mattered. Everyone was terrific.
