Wish I could give less then 1 star for the billing department. They are extremely rude and do not do anything to assist with billing errors. I had lab work done at ProHealth Care Pewaukee in September as part of my annual physical which is required by my insurance provider. I specifically told the doctor that I wanted only the basic lab work that was necessary for the physical and that it was to be the same as I had last year.
