always very patient oriented and friendly
I came in for my first dental cleaning at this facility, and it was a good experience overall. However, the dental hygienist was a temporary hire and I would have preferred someone I would likely see on a consistent basis. I met the dentist I will be working with. Nice fellow; looks like we will get along just fine. A comment applicable to all dental facilities: I can’t understand why at the end of service, they give you a cheap toothbrush no one uses anymore! They use elelectric toothbrushes, so do we!
I needed a second dental opinion. I was referred to Dr Stoller. He was extremely thorough and explained my dental options. I left with an option with which I was pleased. Everyone in the office was very nice. I highly recommend the Simpsonville ProGrin office.
My 96-year-old mother had another filling done by Dr. Stoller today. Once again, he did not have to numb her, because it was very minor. She took it like a champ! Dr. Stoller is amazing And his staff is incredible as well. Not to mention the coffee and snacks in the lobby😊 I highly recommend them!
I had a very good experience at ProGrin. The staff was fantastic , knowledgeable and experienced. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.
