RecommendedCan’t say enough good things about this place. My husband and I have both had great experiences with them. They are skilled and professional, and care about their patients’s comfort. (Need a blanket, shades, neck pillow, ...you name it, and they will get it for you.). The cost of service has been less than most places I’ve been and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes. But one of the things I like most is their community service and involvement. I’ve been recommending this dental practice to everyone I know.
If you know me well you know I don’t do this but I am beyond upset and disappointed in ProGrin. I showed up to my appointment with my two children 15 min early and was told they took me off the schedule because I was a no show all though I’m HERE because I didn’t confirm my appointment when in fact I did by text and email. My children were not taken off schedule because it’s “different”. So now I was told I have to wait to see if there is a no show so they can work me in. We LOVE the folks at Boiling Springs dental! Always EXTREMELY friendly, and go above and beyond in their customer service. And Jewell LOVES her dentist as he is VERY easy on the eyes!! 😊 Thanks ProGrinn staff for taking care of our baby girl so well today, in removing her bottom wisdom teeth.
