Dr Steadman is very nice and knowledgeable, but the office has to get their logistics in order. My last THREE appointments for annual exams were cancelled and moved without informing me. I had to log into my portal to see that my appointment was cancelled by the provider. This time I left work, drive an hour in the rain, and when I arrived, surprise! Appointment cancelled AGAIN. I had a terrible and very impersonal experience with my first pregnancy + postpartum here in 2024. I would stay far away from this practice if you are pregnant. The only redeeming quality about this practice is the lovely ultrasound tech, Pam, and the nurses + front desk managers - who seemed to have been the only people to have even reviewed my file and birth notes and offered me any empathy. Everybody here is very helpful and kind, and they respond very quickly. I’ve had appointments with multiple of the staff and they’ve all been great.
Great practice of women practitioners!! I’ve been seeing them since 2020 and their entire staff is wonderful.
