Worst place in the world to have your mower serviced or to buy one. They will try to screw you at every turn. Mechanic just tries different parts without even having a clue to what the problem actually is. Literally told me "maybe this will work, don't know, but maybe". Not what you want to hear when some parts cost $700.00. Salesman tried to get me to trade in, but procrastinated around until the current sales offer was over. Then tells me my mower will cost 1500.00 to fix but they will give me 1200.00. That ain't happening... read more
They only got one star because I couldn't get any lower, kinda like their service department. I was told the same lie from two different service department employees 8 days apart, word for word, exact same lie. Then I caught the branch manager in a couple of lies when I picked up my tractor. By the way, it's for now. Maybe whoever buys it will use a different dealership.
Excellent service, this business really stands behind what they sell. Communication from my sales person, Mark Thibodeaux, has been outstanding throughout the purchase and beyond.. Given this is the first tractor I ever purchased, he was able to understand my needs and recommend the perfect tractor and implements. Very satisfied. Took a tractor to them in early May for a basic tune up and was told it would take only a few days. It was there most of the summer. Every time they said it would be ready I called to check and they said they "found another problem." The problems were legitimate, but they had no idea what they were doing - no idea at all. Don't bring anything to their shop! Examples: They spotted a fuel leak and concluded it was with the fuel injection.
