Our toddler loves going to therapy! The therapists are caring, compassionate, and extremely patient. They are culturally sensitive and very knowledgeable. Our toddler has made so much progress in just a few weeks and continues to thrive! They conveniently offer Speech/Feeding Therapy, Occupational Therapy and ABA in the same office. Their business hours meet our family needs and scheduling is very flexible. Highly recommend!
First of all my review does not relate to any of the therapists they are amazing and super patient. This review is specifically towards Shawn the owner/founder of this facility who has no issue informing you that she's been doing this for 20 years. Well if you have been doing this for 20 years then by now you should know how to tactfully speak to parents without belittling them in front of other clients. The ladies here at ACT knock it out of the park. My two year old autistic son has been attending since 2021 for ABA, OT, and ST and LOVES it here. He thrives and is making so much progress because of their dedication and genuine care for my son. I couldn't recommend them enough. Amanda, Meghan, Adrienne, Katie, and Bella (just to name a few), are so attentive and diligent in their work with my son and I just couldn't be happier with this company.
