I have used Progressive Tech for many years. You can imagine how much I need help when you consider that I am a 77 year old woman living alone....and not the least bit computer savvy. They have always treated me with the utmost professionalism and respect and their service is awesome. I love talking to a real "human" when I call and this year they sent someone out to my home on New Year's Eve to manage a problem that could not be handled over the phone. Some days ago, the connector (USB adaptor) of my main hard drive broke (what a dumb ass!), while I had not done any backups for two months (what a double dumb ass!). This issue was challenging, because my hard drive was actually made of two hard drives facing each other. However, I ultimately managed to retrieve all my data thanks to the great job of Progressive Tech. I am very grateful to them! They did an amazing job in a very short amount of time. Huge shoutout to Progressive Tech on Roosevelt. I took a laptop into the Apple Store for a new battery today after having to set up an appointment last week only to find out it was going to take them 7 to 10 days to get it replaced. And I would have had to leave it there to wait for the battery and for the work to be done! I ran it up to Progressive Tech instead and they had the laptop back in my hands within 10 minutes of walking in their door. Crazy good service!
