Provided care to clients is insufficient and poor quality. They leave client who need medical care alone without service or notifying client, staff is disrespectful and non professional. PRS doesn’t follow clients care plan provided by Summit pointe and guardian. Tried contacting to create a solution in care and the management suggested for client to switch care provider. I love my job
They have the most CHILDISH manager I've ever had to deal with. She held my check for a whole week then tried to mail it after I told her to hand it over she still tried to hold on to it. After contacting the office she eventually had to hand it over. I don't know how she is even a manager. Rachel STUCKS !!!
