While I've had positive experiences during my past visits to Progressive Radiology on Imperial Drive in Hagerstown, I am very disturbed by what I experienced there, this morning. One woman behind the desk had a face mask pulled down hanging off her chin. When a gentleman (wearing a face mask) walked up to submit his paperwork, this woman pulled the mask up to cover only her mouth - she left her nose uncovered for a long ten seconds, or so. I'm severely claustrophobic, and I was not able to lay for more than 10 seconds before I had to end the MRI testing.

I've never had an MRI before. When I got there the lady at the front desk was very nice. She was really busy but took her time with me so I could get my paperwork filled out properly. When I was called back to get my MRI the lady explained what she was going to do and showed me the room before the procedure so I would be aware of what it was like. I had a very pleasant experience.
