While I've had positive experiences during my past visits to Progressive Radiology on Imperial Drive in Hagerstown, I am very disturbed by what I experienced there, this morning. One woman behind the desk had a face mask pulled down hanging off her chin. When a gentleman (wearing a face mask) walked up to submit his paperwork, this woman pulled the mask up to cover only her mouth - she left her nose uncovered for a long ten seconds, or so.
