This place was a joke. The front staff need to get it together. I drove two hours for my first initial in person appointment which is mandatory, and was on time. They didn't come out to get me until 45 minutes into my appointment. I had to message Dr. Johnson to let him know I was there because the front desk staff had been no where to be seen for thirty minutes. My provider Deroy is awesome and made me feel heard. I moved here from out of state and he didn’t make me feel unsafe or uncomfortable. I can’t recall the woman in the office an MA front desk employee, she was very nice and helpful. I appreciate the work you do and just wanted to say thank you for making me feel safe and supported. It’s hard to establish new relationships with medical professionals however my first visit was a win win . Mahalo Nui loa Leah M 808🤙🫶
Thank you to the Psychiatrist that was the first to help me figure out whats best to medicate me with, i think her name was dr. Edwidge, but a very nice doctor that after multiple attempts of different medications even thru the VA only she figured it out and i still want to thank her till this day the medication she put me on changed my life and has also helped me physically i feel better and i’m grateful she put me on a medication that doesnt cause addiction it shows she cares long term thank you for your help the staff wer... read more

Longtime patient here at Psychiatric Services. There can’t be a much harder job in today’s world than providing mental healthcare. Not enough available and to actually have access to quality care.. that’s a win! Lifelong patient and grateful when I moved to Las Vegas some years ago..after much searching I found this service. This is actually a newer center after my previous place no longer available.
