Are they running a circus or something, I've been ghosted and rejected because "only rich people can rent" places and that clown just dismissed me later without notice.
305 Queen St is a nightmare. Firstly, mail cannot be delivered to this building because of crime! They wont invest in secure mail boxes which is outrageous. We walked into complete darkness. There were no lights in the building but things were crawling around. We were shown a unit that was filled to the brim with garbage bags of stuff that belonged to a previous tenant. They also have cockroaches. I would NOT recommend going with this company as Progressive Property management is known for their cockroaches. They do not fix things and when they do they are not fixed to last. They do not care about their tenants as I've had other tenants come up to me and explain simular experiences. Avenue living is a better way to go as they tend to ur services and genuinely care about the conditions you are living in. Me and a couple of tenants are getting together to move out of here.
