I live near one of their properties and it's a terrible. I've been watching this property fall into disrepair for years.
Water damage in the unit after office hours, tried numerous times to call the after hours emergency, no answer, no way to leave a message, voice mail full . This is so frustrating, why do I pay management fee monthly?
Progressive manages the common areas for my building. On July 7th a broken sprinkler started flooding my apartment. Since I rent through Mainstreet I contacted them and they informed me they had contacted progressive maintenance, and progressive would come fix the sprinkler. They did not. My apartment flooded every other day for a week and a half. I found out later that every time progressive was called to fix the sprinkler they informed Mainstreet it had been fixed but in reality they had never even sent someone to look at ... read more
I scheduled a viewing of a unit. There was dog shit on the floor in more than one room.
Are they running a circus or something, I've been ghosted and rejected because "only rich people can rent" places and the "credit system" hasn't brought up on the paper
