A company where the main thing is to rent, and residential conditions are not their task. 305 Queen St is a nightmare. Firstly, mail cannot be delivered to this building because of crime! They wont invest in secure mail boxes which is outrageous. We walked into complete darkness. There were no lights in the building but things were crawling around. We were shown a unit that was filled to the brim with garbage bags of stuff that belonged to a previous tenant.
