I was in hospital and I had serious injury, I was right after surgery, I asked the person on the phone any possible way but not to come to the office, she sent me to online form, I told her online form doesn’t work and it opens pdf file , so I just asked her to let me know the email to send pdf file after filing it, than she said I have another people here and then she hung up , I had really serious injury, 5 bones broken on my foot, it was really difficult to stand the pain and call , I didn’t deserve that attitude
