DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to manage your property. They are absolutely terrible. We met with them several times before entrusting them with our home. During the 2 years that they managed our property we received monthly statements in a timely manner and heard from them when something needed fixing. Part of the contract included them doing periodic check-ups on our tenants and ensuring that the parameters/requirements of the tenants where being met.
