Worst landloard ever. I would not advise anybody to do any dealings with Lee. From leaking roofs,septic problems,never answering the phone to charging late fees on the rent when you can not even get into his bulding to pay him. HE is a crook. I will be giving my notice on the first of the month.At that time i will contact the owner of the house and the health department to come check out the mold growing in the attic and in the basement.Its really to bad you cant give this company zero stars.
PPM well I moved in my house last Oct. my sioux falls housing started in Nov. The house had a broken window when I moved in and one was cracked. I was told it would be fixed. In Jan. the cracked window broke.I called many times about the windows all they would say is its to cold to put new windows in it will have to be done in the summer. My heat bills where almost 900.00 a month even with the windows boarded up and plastic on them that we did. PPM is the first landlord I had ever had I moved in thinking it was a good deal on the apartment. In late winter of 08 when we got that like 6 inches of snow and then melted the next day I had a pool in my living room I called PPM to have it fixed no one came so I dried it out myself after it dried I had mold spores the size of quarters coming out of my carpet. if i could give this company no stars I would. I know of an apartment that had water running out of the ceiling nothing was done.emergency number was called and the response I am not coming into town I will be there tomorrow morning. Poor people! Sewage backed up nothing was done to clean it up the plummer came and fixed it but this company did nothing to clean up after it.
