Work performed on a steam vessell that required 7 permits. We made the mistake of telling Progressive Plumbing how much we thought the permits cost, which ended up being a $2500 mistake. We needed the receipts for the permits to get reimbursed. Chuck at Progressive Pluming was very rude and kept putting us off on getting the receipts.
