the technicians and the receptionist are friendly and I like the fact that they take time and explain everything that they are doing made sure that you understand all of the therapy that was given to my son questions that I ask was answered very clear it was a pleasure seeing the work that they do friendly compassionate people thank them for good work
They technicians at Progressive Therapy are excellent and they have a great facilities but they billing department is the WORST, they are so bad that they take a great experience and turned that into a nightmare.
