The first review took the words out of my mouth. 100% accurate... great clinic and councillors. "Front office manager" should be fired.
Front office staff member is probably the rudest person I've ever met no matter how nice you are....unless you are one of the very few people she likes. She's mean to everyone and even just asking to see your counselor is like the biggest inconvenience to her. She's unprofessional, rude and clearly uneducated. I don't know how she is still even employed because I know many people who have left BECAUSE of her. Other than her though, it's an awesome place to go...counselors are very nice and seem to want to help.
