Things have been resolved. Phone issue taken care of. Only thing that needs a bit of attention is when someone doesn't have insurance, but needs to see someone to be able to tell a patient how much they would need is very important.

Made an appointment to see Dr K, I was seen by a completely random doctor after waiting 30+ min past my waiting time without being notified until the woman came to grab me. We discussed antidepressants that I take, she promised me to send the prescriptions and never did. I called two weeks ago to see if they could be sent and I was told to expect a call back, no one ever called. Today I called and I was outright denied my medications by the front desk and told a doctor would call me, no one called and they closed for the day... read more
