Very disappointing how a grown man can treat my mother so poorly over a mistake they made by not showing up for a promised job. Picks up the phone and starts yelling at her. How disgusting!!!! Shame on you and shame on your company
Extremely rude! They were recommended to me and treated me terribly! And I am far from being a Karen. I hung up and had to fight tears for how I was treated .
My elderly mom scheduled service and was told someone would come out the same day. When no one arrived by noon, she called and was promised someone within 30 minutes. By 3:30 there was still no show and no update. When she called again, a receptionist answered and she was put on hold, a man then took over the call and was shockingly rude—telling her they didn’t want to do the job and hung up on her. Paul and Jacob did an Excellent customer service for us today. We had a hot water heater tank leak and that needed to be replaced. They called to see if they could come early since they had a cancelation. We appreciate that call and told them arrived as soon as they can. 10 minutes later they were here!!! Very professional, covered the stairs and floor before removing the old tank. They knew what they were doing installing the new one. They made sure our water was back on. All the taps working.
