I was the treasurer of our HOA. I requested copies of NOLA letters for our files. It 6 months until they supplied them. I had to hold back office expenses to force them. I also caught them trying to pay a different parks fence repair from our account.
Cannot get call back to repair drainage at our park so we don't get flooded
Since new ownership. They never answer the phone. Take 5 to 6 emails and messages to get a call back. They deny reimbursement for items needing to be fixed outside of my unit. Completely unprofessional
