They are some crooks. They tried to say i never completed my start up application when I spent 3 hours on the phone with their rep. Also added a son who does not live with me on my acct without my knowledge nor permission. I spoke ti a nasty unprofessional woman who claimed to be a manager. She was literally yelling @ me. One of the worst mistakes I ever made was choosing Progressive insurance, I paid my bill on time for several months and when I needed them, their Claims Adjuster Malik joyfully denied my claim because they found a loop hole where they could deny coverage. This loophole was because their Agent "Star Nsurance" miss wrote the policy and didn't put the one and only owner of the vehicle and the one and only the person on the auto lien on the vehicle's insurance policy.
