This place is horrible they doubled charged us for our insurance and refused to give back the extra 330 they took! Lied about how it was paid and giggled when they said well you insurance is paid in full! My other bills and son won't get to eat this week due to poor service and lies! They try to talk you in circles until they confuse you! I have used them in the past and nothing but problems should've known they'd be worse! I cannot say enough about how frustrated and disappointed I am with progressive. This is now the THIRD time they have automatically added a stranger to my auto policy bc they don't know how to read an address on a license. Then, you only have the option to call in, waste your time, and try to convince the agent you don't have this person living with you. Progressive sends you messages like this pic I've attached, demanding you provide proof that a STRANGER is not living with you. What is wrong with this company?!?!
