Giving them even one star is too much!! This insurance is horrible and the lady named sharita on the phone doesn’t help at all. She needs to be fired and honestly this whole company does nothing to help!!
BUYER BEWARE. PROGRESSIVE @ (1 -800-876-****) IS AWFUL. I am an EMERALD PLUS CUSTOMER OF 19 YEARS. Other than a windshield claim over a decade ago, I filed my first claim w/ Progressive last year and I have never been so disappointed or heart broken by a company. I have had 4 adjusters and one supervisor completely ignore me and go radio silent. I later found out the claim wasn't even opened.
