I do not trust Progressive insurance and I would recommend no one use them. No matter who you call or who promises to call back, they just ghost you, they don't call anyone back when it comes to a valid claim. It is my opinion that their entire goal is to NEVER PAY OUT.

I have Horrible experiences the worst agent. I don’t know if this is how they treat people. One of their customers hit my car and their customer car turned left in front of me. Hit the side of my car. The process of questioning is so stressful. They keep interviewing me about what happened.
