BUYER BEWARE. PROGRESSIVE @ (1 -800-876-****) IS AWFUL. I am an EMERALD PLUS CUSTOMER OF 19 YEARS. Other than a windshield claim over a decade ago, I filed my first claim w/ Progressive last year and I have never been so disappointed or heart broken by a company. I have had 4 adjusters and one supervisor completely ignore me and go radio silent. I later found out the claim wasn't even opened. I do not trust Progressive insurance and I would recommend no one use them. No matter who you call or who promises to call back, they just ghost you, they don't call anyone back when it comes to a valid claim. It is my opinion that their entire goal is to NEVER PAY OUT.
called 3 times trying to talk to a rep. never got a call back nothing. also emailed charrita j and still nothing no return email or call back.. bad business
