Horrible customer service...i'm writing this review while being put on hold for the 3rd time ! and the woman tells me she can only fax the info to me. Honestly...no email I ask her. You are joking I say. Her solution, she can mail it to me and it will take 7 to 10 business days. What century are you people operating in ?
