Just got a quote from progressive and was happy with everything until I asked if they would mail me the invoice. I was then told that I was quoted the paperless rate and If I wanted them to mail me the bill it would raze my rate $45 per invoice. NO FRICKEN WAY!! 45 buck to process and send a letter. Take your insurance and shove it in your mail slot FLO....

empece con una poliza de 200 dolares y me la subieron a 690 dolres mensuales. en un mes sin haber tenido ningun accidente . son unos estafadores, te pintan un precio y una cobertura coherente, con 10 anos de licencia. y me dieron un precio de casi 700 dolares

I called progressive at 1145 am Easter time to get a tow truck to pick up my bike to take it to the shop. I was giving an ETA of 1:25 pm At 3 pm the tow truck show up. I think you guys need to outsource better companies that are more reliable since the towing company is only 3 miles away from where I m located at. From now one I'm going to use my other insurance USAA. They have been more reliable

Progressive, YOU SUCK!!!! After the nightmare I had today, thanks to the incompetency of your employees/company, I will be changing insurance companies as fast as I can as soon as possible!!!'

I'd recommend anyone looking for an insurance policy to stay away from Progressive as they seem to be more interested in collecting premiums rather than serving their customers. We've been with Progressive for years and filed our first claim the other week. All I can say about this whole experience is that they bent over backwards to cover as few damages as possible. Do yourself a favor and go with a different insurance company as they won't be there when you need them the most.

@Progressive let me start with your So Called Great Customer Service My wife was hit from behind by your insured motorist and now to get progressive to fix it is a nightmare as they tell us there is nothing they can do to proceed with the repairs as there insured motorist does not call them back and it is coming up on a month now by the end of this week.
