Bad company they say people have to pay to update a mailing address or phone number to do not listen when you tell them that no body is employing it goes in 1-2ear and out the other
I wanted to give negative stars to this insurance company. Agents were not helpful at all regarding the claim. It took them 3 days to tow the car. They don’t even call you for any updates and try to give phone numbers of another agents in the company. And you just call one by one to every person and no one helps as they should. They don’t even give any update everytime you have to call and tells what needs to be done. Such a headache to work with this company and agents. They don’t care!!! Progressive has one of the worst customer service when it comes to claims, when you want to pay them they call right away… claims representative needs about a month to respond when you call them several times a day and leave messages… been a customer for 5 plus years and switching today… 0 stars… avoid this company if possible
