I had an excellent experience with this company. Karrie was friendly/quick in setting up my appointment the next business day. Inspector was early to appointment, great at explaining the importance of issues he found and also ways to remedy them. Received the inspection report the same day! Price was extremely competitive for the value. Will use and recommend in the future!
Literally may have saved us $30k in repairs for a house we were looking to buy. Very thorough and detailed. The sellers weren't happy but we certainly were! I would hire them again next time!
