We would recommend Progressive Home Inspections without hesitation. Kirby Rowe performed an inspection of a condo for us yesterday afternoon. For us, communication with his company has been via email and phone calls, and we found him to be very prompt and courteous in responding to us. I would not use this company ever, he did an inspection for me and after reading his report of this beautiful home I was shocked to say the least, as professional we owe out client honesty and fairness I dont believe he exercise that in this case if the buyer had not seen this home on multiple occasions I would have lost this deal . To say the least. he is a Realtors nightmare
For once, I am totally speechless, but will type a few words. This man was amazing to say the least. He saved us thousands by catching defects in the roof along with a rusted furnace that was extremely undersized for the house. The house had been inspected by previous inspectors, but Kirby was the one who uncovered the rotted fascia and roofing material inside the attic.
