Terrible experience with customer service. Long wait times averaging 18 minutes per transfer. Then transferred 2 more times and was disconnected while being transferred after 45 minutes. This went on for 3 days to order a wheelchair and oxygen.
This person parked illegally while at neighbors mobile home and I was forced to move both my trash bins as no WAY could they pick them up! Against all rules and incredibly rude!
