I usually have a good experience here. The staff is really nice and welcoming, and Dr. Levay has always been nice to us and provided good care. I just wanted to mention something I noticed during my aunt’s visit last Tuesday. During the visit, Dr. Levay seemed really overwhelmed and stressed. About a year ago, I was a patient of Dr. Bryan Levay and honestly had a great experience. The care I received was excellent, and I even left a 5-star review because I felt it was deserved. Recently, I referred my sister to his office. I won’t be mentioning her name because I don’t want this review to affect her care in any way. Recieved a same day appointment as a walk in. Was In-N-Out in about 45 minutes. Had plantars fasciitis and had scheduled in the office next door but they didn't have me on the books. So I walked over and they got me in right away. Resolved my issue everybody was professional friendly. Dr Turcios was awesome, didn't even feel the shot. The front desk and clinical team were also warm and welcoming. Highly highly recommend!
