I have visited multiple times and the experience has been fantastic from every angle. The receptionists were kind and attentive, and the nurses/doctors were personable and committed to quality care. One thing stands out: they take time to weigh treatment options with a great awareness of insurance and cost-while still prioritizing premium care. The staff is professional and helpful. I was immediately called after signing in. They respect the scheduled times. The doctor was friendly. He went over all the details of the treatment and asnwered all of my questions. The nurse who appliwd the laser treatment also was friendly and answered my questions. My overall experience was positive.
I am rating Dr. Gulati because I haven’t seen him in this office, but I have seen him in his Fairfax, Virginia office. From the first time I saw Dr. Gulati, he took a proactive approach. Instead of giving me pat answers, he scheduled an MRI of my calves and nerve tests. The MRI showed that I have nerve damage in both calves. The doctor themselves are great but I received my first bill 4 months later and it’s already 30-60 days past due.
Great staff! My son was seen there for a procedure! Very kind and carrying and very gentle. While I passed out of fear staff was simply wonderful and took care of me too loll sorry guys and thank you so much for!🤗🤗
