sat in waiting room for 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time then moved to exam room where I sat alone for nearly an hour listening to Disney movie music on their radio. Then once they realized that I was not going to buy $300 frames I was treated like a 3rd class citizen. So i called to tell them i was not coming back they were more interested in the 60 bucks my insurance company didn't cover than why i wasn't coming back. i had to ask Becky if she was interested in why i was not coming back. She didn't even ask.
I really like this place. My wife and I go there and love our glasses. Recently there was a small administrative hiccup with getting mine. While I know (stuff) happens, I was frustrated but Progressive Family went above and beyond to make it right! I love my new glasses! Thanks!
