Everyone is always so pleasant and willing to make my visit a pleasant and positive one! Thank you.
Staff is very friendly and professional. They make you feel like you have known them forever...very comfortable. I esp like how Dr. Metsger explained all the procedures he was performing and why they were necessary.
There are a couple of things that come to mind. The first is the overall cheerfulness of the group of people. It starts with Dr. Metsger and seems to permeate the whole office. We, the patients, know that it's work for them but we appreciate the fact that they don't make it feel that way to us. Second, Paige is by far the best and most gentle hygienist I have had. If there were a pro bowl for hygienists, I would nominate and campaign for her every year.
Everything, I am satisfied with the entire process.
The office is close to home. The staff is outrageously informed! Pleasant! On the ball! And the best part? My dentist visits don't hurt! Because I'm the biggest dentist sissy in Greensburg! Thanks Kevin and staff!! Howard Boelky
