The office is modern using an iPad to check in and fill out paperwork.. Annie took new patient xrays and pictures using high tech equipment that made it quick and easy!! I was very self conscious about the condition of my teeth, but everyone there is very professional, with just the right amount of joking around to lighten up the mood... Thanks for making my 1st visit fun!!
Our family have been patients of Dr Metsger's since he arrived in Greensburg many years ago. We also have referred many people to his practice. Unfortunately the last two times that I needed minor work I had to make appointments 7 wks away. I was offered appt with his new partner. I have never met his new partner and I am not keen about paying the same fee for an unknown dentist.
Although going to the dentist isn't the most enjoyable thing, the awesome staff here makes everything feel so much easier. I have always felt warmly welcomed every time I've been here. My favorite thing is that they are always ON TIME. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. :)
Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Metsger explains everything he is going to do prior to working on you.
Dr. Metsger and the Progressive Dental Studio was amazing. I've never had such an extensive cleaning and exam. Staff was friendly and cheerful. The office was beautiful and comfortable. This was a dental experience like no other.
The entire team is always friendly and professional. From the minute you walk in the door, you feel comfortable and made to feel right at home.
All went well n was very well taken care of!
