The staff is just wonderful
Excellent Dentist, and very friendly staff. Would recommend Dr. Metsger to all my friends. Excellent follow up which made feel very good and the entire staff and Dr. cared about my well being.
Another example of great customer service. Friendly reception, short wait time, quick resolution. Administrative staff provided recommendation on insurance that would help cover costs Medicare HMO would not.
Dr. Metsger and his team exceed the highest standards in every aspect of their profession--stellar expertise, state-of-the-art procedures, maximum empathy for patients' dental problems, and amazingly swift response to dental emergencies. It's immediately obvious that Dr. Metsger has great passion for dentistry and for helping his patients, and the members of his team are remarkably helpful, well-educated, courteous, friendly, and engaging. I did not deal with Dr Metsger directly I worked with Dr Carter I believe was his name. He went over with me the best viable options for my teeth, not what would be most beneficial for them to make money, but what would be best for my mouth in th long run.. Which I truly appreciated.
