I was completely terrified to address some much needed dental issues. Dr. Metzger came highly recommended for "scaredy cats". I am so glad I went through with it and very pleased with the whole experience at Progressive. I am very excited about having a healthy and beautiful smile. I was looking for a dentist and hygienist I can trust. Bridget Poole is my favorite thing about your dental practice. Dr. Kevin Metsger would be my second favorite thing. The third favorite thing would have been the person who answered the phone and set up my appointment. My objective at the appointment was to have my teeth cleaned and to find out if I had any abscess, pus or infections. Your team met my goals for the appointment and went beyond my expectations. I was even provided a written dental plan with prices included.
Wendy and Dr. Metsger were wonderful.

Professional and Friendly
I went in to the office without an appointment because I had lost a dental bridge during a recent trip. I was given a same day appointment for an exam that mushroomed into a major procedure. The work I needed required two and a half hours and everyone in the office chipped in to make it happen by juggling schedules and shifting duties. Not only was that accomodation impressive, but Wendy and Dr. Metsger both were reassuring and brought expertise and experience to my situation.
